    MTN puts the Rica'ing process onto the customer, So you can do it via the MTN app or by going to your local MTN retail store.

    I'm on the 20/20 one... been getting consistent speeds. Coming from Rain anything above 4mbps is a win.

    Had the same issue, but I contact the MTN service Twiter account... I had to go through the RICA process again on the MTN app... Waited a day and it was up and running.
