Telkom have cancelled my cell phone number which I have had for nearly 20 years. Shop staff are unable to help me.

Anyone have the contact details of someone senior at Telkom South Africa? They have cancelled my number which I have had for nearly 20 years and the Telkom shop assistants are unable to help me get it back!
