    What do you guys think of the Suzuki Baleno? I'm seeing 2016/2017 models with low mileage go for the same price as a 2013+ Jazz (between R140k and 150k). It's also a nice looking car. This is another vehicle I'm considering now :)

    Thanks for your input! Getting details of the car from the dealership is a good approach, I hadn't thought of that. Yeah the Jazz is a bit pricey, but I'm happy to pay a bit extra for reliability. That said, I lost out on the vehicle :crying: the owner told me to do a viewing in the evening...

    That's fair enough. Yes it does have full service history. Seems like the person is not willing to negotiate it at the moment (they stopped responding to me lol). I'll have to be desperate and message them again. By retail value you mean price at dealerships? I see it being around R165k.

    Thanks for your insights. What would you say is a better one then - Hyundai i20 vs Suzuki Swift? I'm now struggling to find a nice Honda Jazz (2013+ year and low mileage) within my budget. The Jazz I had seen before opening this thread was an outlier with the price.
