    Hi Are you able to help me at all? Seem to have a connection issue. I have opened a ticket with coolideas #COOL-20240527-1778007 PON light on the fibre box is flashing. Rebooting has not helped. Not sure if there are issues in my area. Thank you

    Escalations and Signup contacts.

    Hi. I signed up for CI fibre some 2 weeks ago, Vuma arial. Needed fiber installation. Was told my address cannot be found and that this has been escalated with Vuma but have heard nothing in 2 weeks. Please assist. I really don't know what to do. #COOL-20230601-1284423
