They sent me an email asking for the phone number of the simcard. I replied a few times but they no responding. Pathetic Vodacom service. We paying for a service that cannot do what it promised. And so we stuck with slows unreliable connection.
Haven't really taken note of others that are constantly blocked. We do find that certain servers are blocked the one day and then the next day they work. Yet these same servers work everyday with Telkom or another Vodacom Simcard.
