    If you haven't received the sms to say that the parcel is at customs then it is probably stuck in China still. Try contacting Shein because Buffalo will not help you apart from giving you a generic 'your parcel has been delayed' response

    Serious Keto on Youtube did some videos on resistant starch a couple of years back. From what I can remember he was looking at blood glucose levels as well as ketone levels if that helps you in any way. Can't remember whether he gave specific reheating instructions or not

    This can also depend on the type and age of the eggs. I find that on a couple of our local free range brands the yolks tend to break consistently when cracking the egg into the pan

    Franschhoek "CBD" has some interesting art galleries and a few shops; could fill up a day trip depending on your interests. French Connection Bistro and Cafè Franschhoek are great options for a relaxed lunch if you don't want to go out to a wine farm

    If you want to get rid of redness without coverage you can always add a small drop of green tinted primer to your moisturiser. Catrice anti-red primer works great when used very sparingly
