I have just received a new IT34 which shows my assessment did not change and changed to audit/ verification No. So now waiting for a refund, even though i also did not receive a completion letter.- Oikantswe

Thanks, I hope I will see that soon as well. I requested a call back bb yesterday, which they responded within 5 minutes. They confirmed my documents were allocated from the email yesterday. And accidentally told me the auditor looking at my file. I hope next week mine should be completed as well.- Oikantswe

To be honest our documents don't require audits, it's just verifications. I just don't know what R they doing to be honest. For me it's just travelling as others are straight forward.- Oikantswe

Last year I had the highest refund ever, no audit and was paid very quick. I looked at my 2016 filing, I was requested extra documents and I sent them through email and they were checked after 2 weeks, the problem of not uploading docs on efiling is going to cost us.
