    Check your cc statement. Is the purchase at Clicks showing under the proper(virtual) card, on the right date, online? If all yes, contact eB.

    She gets the same account as you, at around R120 pm for cheque(fusion even better) AND credit card. Call them, but you'll probably have to go to a branch with your wife.
