    Vandalised pylons collapse on N4 highway, knock out power to large parts of Pretoria

    Pylons belong to the municipality, apparently they were fixed 3 or 4 times since that picture was taken - Pictures sent by ward councilors in this area show that repairs have been made. The N4 on that stretch is pitch dark at night, so perfect opportunities for some scrap metal. What I can say...
