    My mom is trying to sort her phone out and I am trying to help herr, obviously Telkom asks for an alternate number to make contact - which is mine, and they haven't contacted me. So that is the long explanation for why she says they have not contacted her.

    I have not had a phone for over a month. Telkom is a liar and a tyrant. This new plan will cut me of from frie nds and family as I live in an area of poor reception. No one has contacted me.
