    The red stuff at the last hop isn't exciting. Are you on wifi? I notice the ping to 192.168.1.1 (your router) has an average ping of 5ms, lightly indicating a Wi-Fi network. It shouldn't be that big of a deal, but always best to check it out with a cable connected instead. Otherwise...

    Damn no rep reply since May 12? Rough. Are you looking at hops on-route? Those don't count, as routers generally deprioritize ICMP packets along a route. If you have loss to your destination, then that's an issue. The hops you highlight dont matter.

    Like? Sure some ISPs don't manage them well, and their engineers sniff it to spy on you, but otherwise, it'll best direct you to CDNs etc that they can inject and control, which could give you a better experience.

    You can load https://store.steampowered.com/ in an incognito browser session to side-step cache. Not to give them an out, but I have the issue on a non-Afrihost connection right now, in CPT. By issue, I mean it takes a few seconds for the page to load. Oh the humanity! Browser tools show it...

    That's how they get ya- When it increases, you get billed an increase. When it decreases...... You quietly remain on the higher previous price. No migrations are done. I suggest you check yourself :-)
