I think its time I replace my .za.net domain with one on a solid TLS, like a .com, and replace mydomain.com as a DNS management service to like Cloudflare.
Like if I recursively check my domain's details from the TLD, then everything checks out, until I query mydomain.com's servers...

Just an update:
I did get a response back from hostmaster this morning confirming that the NS records are still unchanged since 2011 and that the issue is at mydomain.com instead.
I have now also Emailed hostmaster <at> plig.net.
I'm not sure if I should otherwise file like a "Domain name hijacking" at like https://tucowsdomains.com/report-abuse/#domain_name_hijacking that is the registrar for za.net
Hi everyone,
I am having a major issue where my SOA & NS records of my .za.net domain now suddenly changed away from like ns1.mydomain.com to now point to like ns1.yourhostingaccount.com.
Is there anyone here that know who to contact to get this issue of mine resolved to change it back?

I now saw Facebook advert for "Energy Eco ZA" (https://energyeco.co.za/) company that is also trading under "enterprise number is 2022/433262/07", which is again a clear indicator that it is a scam.
It looks like this is identical to the duriumtech.co.za site, since they have the same company registration & address listed, and all reviews suggest that it is a scam.
I struggled to get the ZTELink Android app to detect the ZTE router on my network, since I have a different WiFi AP device and the ZTE router wasn't my default gateway.
So it turned out that I had to set my Android's default gateway to be the ZTE router's IP, and then it detected it and I then...
So it eventually turned out that Vumatel had a backend issue that resulted in my previous ISP still appearing to have an active service on Vumatel and thus preventing Axxess from activating the line with them. I only managed to get this information from Vumatel on Twitter on Monday (15 days into...
So Vumatel came back via Twitter stating that my previous ISP still had the line active, however my previous ISP previously confirmed they successfully cancelled and released the line with SADV. So I'd guess that the integration between SADV & Vumatel is where the issue is at.
Now I'm hoping...
Hi all,
What is the typical time that it should take to switch from one ISP to another on Vumatel?
SADV originally installed my fibre line and I gave notice of the cancellation to my previous ISP in September, resulting in my fibre Internet stopping end of October.
It has now been over 10 days...
So I've now received a nice R 1955.00 invoice for early termination (within 12months), which they probably had to pay for SADV fibre install.
It is quite frustrating to pay this, even though it is stipulated in their termination agreements, seeing that I'm experiencing high latencies/packet...
So MTS support came back stating that it was related to the the International connectivity issue: https://status.mindthespeed.co.za/incidents/716
I do find it difficult to believe that an international outage should cause local issues, unless international traffic were rerouted and thus...
@Bl1zz4rd , I'm getting like 100ms latency from Stellenbosch to 1.1.1.1 (and also to the CSGO servers) at 20:50 tonight:
# ADDRESS LOSS SENT LAST AVG BEST WORST STD-DEV STATUS
1 192-145-130-2.as328596.net...
Hmm. I'll just then have to wait and see when I'm on another ISP from 1 Nov, since I've now requested to cancel my MTS account.
MTS did sort out quite a few peering issues with local ISPs (eg. Seacom & Work Online) since I joined them back in March, and their Support is generally quite quick.
