    Faulty "smart" meters reportedly leave Cape Town residents without water

    Hi guys I have this problem as well, since this meter was installed in july 2018.If you need proof I have numerous reference numbers as well as transcribes with the communication between me and COCT. I can and will gladly supply information on the constant battle with COCT.
