    Chinese Tablet Buyers Guide.

Recommendations please for an 8" tablet? 3GB+ RAM and 32-64GB. Choice seems a bit slim at the moment in SA. Either Samsung T225 A7 Lite or A8 T295 or Lenovo M8 or Huawei T8. Anything else online/overseas worth taking a look at?

    Mecer 2400VA Inverter (Community Support)

Hi Guys, I've got a Mecer 2400VA inverter that got hit by lightning earlier this year, is it worth trying to have it repaired or just get a new one? They're around R2K at Takealot.

Thanks, yes those were the first I checked, they're all fine. It must be one of the semi-conductors but none show any tell tail signs of popping. Was hoping on the off-chance someone (like yourself) had repaired the same fault.

HUAWEI B315s LTE router discussion thread.

Using this modem on a farm for WiFi and camera monitoring using Rain 4G. It's worked flawlessly for 4 months but now suddenly I've been unable to access the camera twice in a week, only a reboot fixed it. First time the network LED was red, 2nd time LED was cyan but the WiFi/internet was...

Delivering blood by drone in South Africa

Onerous regulatory hurdles by CAA and ICASA are keeping the blood delivery drones firmly on the ground. @RwandaCAA at least welcomed Zipline with open arms whereas apparently @SACAA tries to throw up roadblocks at every turn, never mind their ridiculous regulations which means you have to start...

Delivering blood by drone in South Africa

No, not yet, but they are busy with their ROC (and ICASA type approval). Yes, they do have properly trained pilots with RPL + BVLOS
