    Post Office wants to take over parcel deliveries — and force poor service on SA

    Well my most recent experience is f-ed up frustrating. Registered mail (A4 padded envelope). Shipped from UK 4 Feb, arrived 11 Feb. Into customs and then the wait and wait. More than 3 months later I get the item, but not without countless phone calls and emails the last week. Pathetic to say...
