Yes, you clearly are not a lawyer and knows nothing about what happens behind the scenes. If I bill you for all the research, prepping, checking, analysing etc, you'd get a bill for 6 more hours for every hour charged. You get billed only for the tangible stuff.

They are people that'll complain of being underpaid no matter how much they get paid, that while being one of the highest paid jobs per hour worked calculated over a year. Add in that they conveniently forget that they do not get a mere 15 days leave per year, medical, pension....

Take e.g. the golf handicaps app. Some IT dude decided the app that had worked perfectly for many years needed to be tampered with aka "upgraded". It has not worked right since for 6 months now with constant bug fixing changes.
