    Hi, please post the iperf commands you ran. You can run upload and download tests :)

    Well its almost always FNO related, so those iperfs should show the % of loss.

    Well on Speedtest you should be able to select a single thread test? What results do you get there? But what you are describing is typically some sort of loss.

    Hi, can you post your Iperf command that you're testing with? It is typically a packet loss issue for single thread performance.

    It may be a mac filter soon VCs side, so if you can change the mac on the router you want to use to match the VC router it may work.

    Nah you dont need to do any tagging, can you try post a photo of the ONT/CPE? You can use whatever router you like with us once you've moved over.

    VC is changing commercial terms so I dont think its an option going forward :(

    Are these results over wireless? As mentioned by CoolEscalator it may be router or wireless related. If its an ongoing issue we can try replace the router for you.

    Well yeah if the signing up is for a 5G area and they want to test another site that's fine as well.
