Some good news from my side. OpenServe 100/50 in Durban (via JHB). This week has been much better, decent latency and full throughput! Thank you @PBCool for helping to push the carrier to resolve this!- peterza

Openserve here (100/50mbit). I have to second your thoughts. Almost 3 weeks of terrible performance (<8mbit) and horrific latency from ~6pm onward is now annoying... dare I say, for the money, ridiculous. @PBCool anything to update us on? Can we have a commitment on a time-frame for...- peterza

I'm seeing the same issues on a 100/50Mbps Openserve connection (out of KZN). I'm new to CISP and I'm barely getting 5-7mbit down from ~7PM till ~10PM... and check out that latency, something isn't right. I'm not downloading or uploading anything. Support is closed now, is there anything I do to...- peterza
