    I talked to another service droid the other day - she said they are "aware of the problem" - I'm paying R1400 a month to get capped for data I didn't download :mad:

    I'm having the same issue - on Telkom 40mbit VDSL - they claim I downloaded 1800+ Gb between the 1st and the 6th of Jan... I hopped onto the live chat, and was told the counter on the portal resets on the 1st, so basically I apparently downloaded more than 1.5tb in the span of a few days...
