    paying more than standard tarrif for prepaid electricity

    Hi. Recently the complex my brother stays in installed prepaid meters in all the units. When he went to buy prepaid units for his meter the rate was R2.56 / kWh. Does anyone have an idea of why it is so high. I pay the normal R1,56 / kWh when buying for my meter
