    yes I asked the technician over the phone and they do basically use the same default password for all the routers. I think you can change it if you want

    literally made an account just to thank you. it works. I had to add an access point to my network but herotel said I must buy a router from them (at my own cost) and have a technician come to install and set it up for me, now I can do it myself.
