    I currently have a Vuma Gpon network(one with ONT and router currently running 100 up and down). So would you be able to organize that static IP Address as I have problem where the internet goes down when vuma changes IP Addresses every month.

    @AfriNatic Good day, I'm also interested in changing to Afrihost fibre from Axxess via vuma. I would like to know would incur any cost transferring over? Do you guys offer static IP address with vuma fibre? and would I receive an IPV6 address?

    @Captain Axxess Everything is sorted thanks to your wonderful support agent by the name of Lunga Ngxila. Only problem I have now is a 1% packet loss when playing games. When I do a speed test on the vuma website I get a 1% Jitter. Is there anyone you can have a look into it?
