    I uninstalled WhatsApp in January after sending a message to all my contacts informing them why I would not longer be on WhatsApp. Haven't missed WhatsApp. Telegram and Signal work fine.

    Perhaps the OP does not know the differences between 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz WiFi. 2.4Ghz travels much better through objects like walls, so it'll reach much further than 5Ghz.
