Still not working. And now I have an invoice for July. I have asked and asked and asked. I clearly cannot get someone to help me. I received a test account and it worked untlik the password was changed. Now I am back to square one!
No today no one rreplied to my request to get a refund for June.

3 weeks no working PPPoE details. No one replies to tickets. No one at the call centre can help. Will you be able to help me or should I look somewhere else?
You send me new details and still it does not work. I received a test account and that was stopped too. Please assist in getting me a refund for June. Only had 1 day of working internet.
Still works on every other ISP account.

Tried the details you send me and get sent every time. They stil don't work. Please create new details and forward them to me.
It cannot be that hard and you guys are struggling for going on three weeks with it now.
