Afrihost MTN Fixed LTE-A Thread

Good day Is there any update on the B818 compatibility with MTN PURE LTE through Afrihost? I just bought a B818 to use with the MTN package through afrihost, to find this thread stating it wont work. quite dissapointed. any news on this though? Thanks
