    I will renew if I can; hence one of my questions -- can I, or can I not, renew my car license with the Aarto 33 on my name given that it's a notice to summon, and not an actual summon? If I can't, so be it. I'll just have to arrange alternate transport until I get this sorted out.

    Hi, Ok, then I'll wait and see how they send the summons; as I know that needs to be sent correctly. Unfortunately, given the speed I was doing, there was no fine issued; otherwise I would have paid it. :( Thanks for your response.
