    Yes I have as well. Been connected on Afrihost since 14:00, minutes before I received my CoolIdeas data only login details. Guess I have a backup now if it happens this month again.

    Hi @PBCool and @TheRoDent, Hoping this is the correct thread to ask for help. I've been a very happy customer since Jan 2019, but I've had the worst experience moving my fibre from one residence to the next and now that I'm finally connected the speed on the 10Mb/5Mb package is just terrible...
