    With a VPN going I can at least watch twitch etc. pretty sad I need to pay to be able to watch twitch on an ISP I'm already paying out my ass for.

    Anyone heard anything on this? Cant stream, cant watch youtube. Getting a constant 24.2% packet loss on the 168.210.9.160 hop. Seems to be linked to Dimension Data?
