    Sure "officially". Unofficially is a whole other ball game. We're hoping deeds office doesn't take to long. Apparently they have a huge backlog from being closed.

    I mean, that was the obvious answer. But I was hoping someone would come to their defense with "they had this one project/thing they did that wasn't too bad" and that they aren't just another tender arm of the ANC. Guessing that's wishful thinking.

    So this was more a "white privilege" thing instead of race thing, because the guy who found the "noose" uses automatic garage doors and not silly ropes... Didn't know what it was. :ROFL:
