    Magento - Estimate Shipping and Tax Form

    So I started using Magento and it all went quite well until I needed to edit the Estimate Shipping and Tax Form. I tried doing some research and found the location of the code which displays the form but I can't seem to find out where some code is coming from for e.g. the drop down options...
