5G signal disappeared!?

For that 1-2 months i've been pretty happy with my connection and the speeds i've been getting but last night all of a sudden my 5G signal has disappeared!! Router seems to have fallen back onto a 4G connection. not sure whats going on but im dreading trying to get an update from rain support
