    Hi, It depends what server you are connecting to, Middle East should be around 120ms, Europe around 160ms to 175ms. At 250 to 300ms it feels like you are going to Oceania or NA-East. Please check your settings in Fortnite and let us know. Also, let us know if this is 4G or 5G?

    Hi Jbroo, the switch back to 5G can take a few minutes, a manual reboot will make this quicker. If you feel you are stuck on 4G let us know and we will check it closely.

    Hi all, we are aware of this and we will be making some changes in the next few days. For most users this had no impact and is transparent to them, for your use cases it is somewhat problematic. We will have a stable solution in the next week or so.

    Hi all, We looked into this and noticed that there are two sites here - IQOption and IQOptions - IQOption seems to be a legitimate site where as IQOptions appears to be full of malware, Please make you are running an anti-virus and make sure the site you are trying to go to is the correct one...
