    Update on my issue: So last week Monday I put in a new order for fibre and added a letter to the address as kindly suggested by @cavedog. We called Frogfoot today to find out whether they have gotten the order and when we should expect them and was told that they have notified Afrihost a while...

    Hi guys I am hoping if anyone can help me: I've been struggling now for 2 months to migrate to a place we're now renting. But our ISP(Afrihost) can't go further because the line needs to be released by the prev tenants. It's been back and forth with the ISP, rental agent and prev tenants etc...
