I noticed that some ISPs are now advertising 10/10 or 20/20 on Openserve, and noticed that my TelkomInternet 10Mbps uncapped (that was 10/5) is now 20/20 (was 20/10 due to Openserve's COVID temporary upgrades).

Telkom Internet *never* applied a FUP based on Night-time usage, but the "static FUP" from early 2013 (when we moved to IPC) until late 2016 did throttle users during night-time if they exceeded their FUP (outside Night-time).
