    Just to note: make sure you're accessing a steam page you haven't accessed before. Steam caches loaded images so pages you've hit before load quickly, while new pages show the slow image loading issue.

    Yeah I'm having issues like this too, and it seems completely random. It will drop to low speed, then jump back to full. Watching twitch streams is alternating between full bandwidth and 180kbps, making quality jump back and forth multiple times a minute. Durban, Kloof, Openserve
