    Big Telkom fixed-line and ADSL shock

    I live in Waterfall KZN and a friend lives on Bluff and Telkom has STILL not put in fibre in our areas. Apparently its due to an ongoing fight as who will dig the trenches. I can't even subscribe to a competitors product. I can't believe this about Telkom. Zimbabwe has no problems and Kenya...
