I used them to do my return last year. It works really well. You've got a wizard with a series of questions and in the end, you can see what will be submitted. I didn't have any crypto earnings so I can't tell you how well they manage this, but they discuss quite a bit on their website. My...

    The Home Improvements Thread (2)

Hi everyone, I have noticed that with the rain and also pest, cracks have started appearing between our outside walls and the paving. How do I fill those cracks ? Do I just use cement or is there any other better and more durable solution to solve this ?

RAIN Huawei 5G CPE Pro settings

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I am struggling with online gaming on 5G Rain. I have the Huawei CPE modem and was wondering if there's any settings that I could change in order to make connecting with other players easier. I play mostly on Nintendo Switch and initial searches...

    Unlocked the 5G connection today

It was actually an issue with my TV. It's a very common problem with LG TVs. After deactivating some options, it works much better now. Out if curiosity what is the new unit ? Is it the one that is weatherproof ?

Thanks for that feedback. I have also DMed you to get the details of your contractor. I have also some quotes coming to like 30K. I am considering of getting the product myself and then apply it myself. Can't imagine it to be that complicated.

I am probably cancelling 5G by the end of the month.

I'm getting speeds between 60M to 300M. Upload only 5M to 10M. Nevertheless, it's good enough for my needs (Netflix, FaceTime etc). I'm paid the same price as I was for a fixed LTE, with a massive perf increase. My router is inside the house and I could probably get better results if I put...

I am probably cancelling 5G by the end of the month.

Like others here, I'm not 100% satisfied but 5G is still a big improvement from what I had previously. I live in a block of house that does not have fiber. Around us, everyone else is connected. I doubt anyone will come and connect our 10 houses. Although the speed is inconsistent, for now...

Thanks, That's a good point to keep in mind. Trying to identify where the leaks are is a Sherlock Holmes task. There's no apparent cracks on the roof. I had a contractor that came to check it, and he could not pin point the leaks as well. He eventually said he knew where it was coming from...

Does anyone has experience with Eco-Rubber for waterproofing of tiled roofs ? With the storms in December, we had some leaks in our roof. I am looking at repainting the entire roof using Eco-Rubber but I am not sure if this actually works well. They claim a 10 year warranty on the product...

    Unlocked the 5G connection today

Hi guys, I hope someone can give me some guidance. I received my 5G modem last week and I am having a weird issue. I have connected my TV to the WIFI and when I try to stream Netflix, it's actually very slow and it keeps om buffering. I actually get better streaming performance on 4G LTE. I...

    Rain routing issue

Similar situation. I could not connect to the internet for about a week. Axxess said they had no reports on rain. I have another subscription with Rain with worked fine from the same location. Eventually by setting up my router to only be on 1800Mhz resolved the problem for me as well

    TaxTim

I m quite keen to get some more feedback on Tax Tim. Their services are free if you are on momentum medical aid and I'm not really satisfied with the person that has been doing my tax return. For context : I am a foreigner working in SA and not yet confortable in doing my e-filling by myself.

Can you measure electricity consumption on sub DB board ?

Good day all, I have a house with a small cottage. The cottage is connected to a sub DB board that then is connected to the main DB. We have a smart meter installed, but now I want to check what is the actual portion of electricity used within the cottage. Is there anything that I can...
