Netflix now [not] working on Telkom LIT box [Updated 05/10/21]

my LIT box dont want to switch on. that 3 lights stays in red it dont want to switch to the blue light. what could be the problem. can anyone help me if i press the power button im thr remote, nithing happen. the lights stay red.
