Yes, great airmanship and awesome record. The margins were very thin though. Add a few feet and there probably wouldn't have been as much questioning and attention. As for the weather for the JHB flyover this weekend: yeah... it's horrible so far. I wouldn't be taking any chances. Deleting a few...
Haven't played with it in while, and mostly for corporate stuff that is set-and-forget, but the QT change looks interesting. I'll wait for the next release to update it in my tranche of portable apps
The problem isn't always laws. The problem is enforcement and normalised disregard for the law, and add the law of unintended consequence: some laws need to be repealed quite a way back to get back to sanity.
Politicians like new laws because it shows they did something.
I want a cheapie 2/5/10Gb managed 8 port switch so I can finally VLAN my home network. AliExpress says around R1k.
I might just bite and get 2 (1 for study, 1 for the roof where I want to replace the current AP with 1-3 APs).
Or take the flakey 8 port Huawei S5700Li switch in my scrapping pile...
Customer> quote me on <vaguest resemblance of an idea of what they want>
Company user> Sjo
Company user> In green
Company user> IDK. Maybe a yellow one
Company user> Is it box shaped?
Company user> or circle?
In the end, R2 spent and the customer still doesn't order a thing and IM speak/typing...
THIS!
You can do it individually (gpedit) and likely a registry setting (non-pro).
I haven't gotten my skills up on MacOS policies yet (learning the .mobileconfig stuff though). In linux, disable automount and disallow user mounting.
Are you trying to stop people copying the company client...
"Insurers like Discovery now use tools to track smartphone usage while the car is in motion, allowing them to see whether the device was unlocked and in use at the time of impact, making it far easier for the company to link the phone as a contributing factor."
Apps and dongles in the car...
Lil'juan's class mate is doing practicals (staying with us for the next few weeks) at Northview: a chaotic day care with a side of learning. It is not far off from scenes of Dangerous Minds and add a very South African twist.
Teachers actually need support staff with the amount of paperwork...
Not even one of those trailer/caravan things? Take a drive down 16th/15th/George roads sometime. There was a half decent takeaway inside Mifa Park, but the trailers outside killed their business over the years.
Had one of those lasers to connect 2 sites about 1km away (infrared, supposedly 1gbps). Worked ok for the first few years, but really needs quarterly realignment. Eventually gave up on it because signal quality would really depend on how the ground and buildings would move during the day.
Good to know. When my geyser was replaced a few years ago, nothing was mentioned about an anode.
Guess I'll be up in the ceiling next weekend having a look and figuring out how to drain without flooding the ceiling again.
One of the products my company used to sell was tool-less RJ45 keystones. Quite nifty for something like that where additions are bound to happen.
There is a massive 3D printing community around homelab racks like yours. If I remember the youtube channels/videos, I'll post them.
Enjoy and...
