    During the week I had no issues with international services that I streamed. What I have noticed from all the speed test, it is only the download speed that's performing poor. The upload speed is always at the full line speed.

    Reported data usage on the Afrihost APN on the MTN network is also way above normal. This happened yesterday when the MTN network was down.

    Hi. Is this still the case now for Afrihost Fixed LTE on the MTN network? I have a rural site I want to get on MTN Fixed LTE. The site is outside of the Fixed LTE coverage area, but there is LTE coverage at the site. The site is about 2.9km from the MTN tower.

    So it would seem that there is absolutely no way of knowing what your reward level will be. These reward schemes are getting ridiculous with the level of intentional obfuscation to prevent the client from making an informed decision.

    Is there a document somewhere that indicates exactly how you attain the Vitality Money status (Blue to Diamond)? All I see is "Dynamic scoring using artificial intelligence (AI) " which sounds like an excuse to change the rules to keep reward expenditure in check.
