    Yes he did the change of ownership today, but the disc expired end of Dec, i can go register the car on my name, but i will not receive the license disc untill i give the roadworthy certificate

    Im getting the car fixed and it wont be ready before the 21-day grace period is over. Google said i cannot put my car through roadworthy with an expired disc (as its technically not roadworthy compliant), and i cannot renew the disc without roadworthy certificate because i just bought the car
