    If there is anyone that knows how to change the provider, please kindly advise..... I dont think we should be stuck with just one provider.

    Sounds as bad as Hurricrane and Userverse also in Sophiatown and apparently we cannot get to move to another provider like Afrihost or Webafrica...... the drop outs, the client experience is pathetic
