    I worked with one director in the Western Cape government who was scrupulously clean - he would declare every cup of coffee I ever bought him. His manager was a different story.

    I use a call/SMS blocker that works on keywords. I receive a lot of spam SMS, but the blocker takes care of that. Include words like etoll, infringement, SABC, etc.
