    10mbps to 20mbps VDSL Telkom Upgrade Issue?

    We recently upgraded our 10mbps ADSL line to a 20mbps VDSL line. My router indicates that it is syncing at 20mbps, and our uncapped account is fast enough, but I am only getting 13mbps download speed.
