Spoke to someone in an Indian call centre who only told me to turn the router on and off and reset it, which i told you in PM i have done, and that they would escalate it, with no ETA on a callback. Tried again and got a similar person in the same call centre.
That really doesnt help.
Northcliff Rain connection has been extremely slow since friday (200 - 300KB/s).
Usually get 8MB/s. What is going on? Please help.
Also, this happens for a few days every couple of weeks why?
