    Ford Bantam 1.3 advice needed

    i find that the Shell helix is the best oil in the 2011 rocam 1300. i also have an issue i was driving on the freeway and then i started getting smothering as if the bakkie is not getting enough fuel. i then changed the coil pack and changed the fuel filter and then the thermostat temperature...
