    Yes I am not alone, we're all suffering together [emoji28] Supposedly cables nearby were stolen causing the line break. Edit: Issue was resolved soon after 8PM. They had to replace 350 metres of cable that was stolen.

    I seem to be down since midnight, Newinbosch Neighbourhood Estate, Thinkspeed is the FNO, ONT lights are all green. Rebooting my router made no difference. I'll try logging a call with support on WhatsApp in the morning. Edit: root cause is cable theft down the road apparently. ETA for a fix...

    You'll get the points only for August when calculated for August in the September eBucks run. It's as Scooby_Doo explained it, key phrase is that the 'minimum balance' must be maintained the entire month. edit: You wont get the August points if your balance went below the minimum required.
