    I am in Margate on the coast, yeah told the agent I am happy with the rent increase and will only be paying the R550 fee for renewal and thats it.

    Thanks Tom, my renewal is R550 and the landlord has his own renewal fee with the agent of R1713.96 in his own agreement which he is trying to pass on to me.
