Nope .... helped people that are not "PC literate" to withdrew their funds. Point is withdrawal process was easy. Who, what or when I withdrew is not relevant

I found it very easy ... withdrew from about 10 accounts in less than half an hour and money reflected in less than 16 hours. Think the issue is with withdrawals made over weekends. Must be honest this was easy peasy to get BTC out ......

Unfortunately Rob Rose has got it all wrong ..... MTI grows your BTC holding and the rise in BTC price is an added bonus. So per example you have 1 BTC today and 15 BTC in 3 years time when the BTC price might be $30,000. Sad when they get it all wrong, BUT at least his message is strong ...
