Well, yes and no - the problems started once they moved away form Cellc Sims and onto Telkom sims, but the comedy of errors thereafter is just Webafrica.
On 2 January I discovered Webafrica has been taking R699 instead of the agreed R530, due to their migration from Cell C to Telkom as their LTE service provider. They say they sent an email. I say I didn't agree or respond. They should've called and the email was not clear to YOU WILL PAY MORE...
I receive my new Sim in October since then, I see I have been charged R699 instead of the R530 I agreed too. I didn't request a new Sim or more internet and I definitely didn't approve my card To be charged more.
